Web Audio Visuals

I am an editor for a small newsletter that is emailed to recipients. I would love to put a video of President Obamas inauguration into the newsletter. Is there anyway I can do this using Microsoft Word 03?

Go to insert > Object > media clip or video clip

but I think people will need to play it by double clicking it (it won’t play by itself)
