I have installed a cctv system which records onto a dvr. I have backed up some of the footage as it needed in a criminal conviction but I need to convert it into a normal video format so I can burn it to a cd or dvd. Any ideas?

I would try going to majorgeeks.com and type in the search convert vvf to an .avi file.. something like that.

well i got 2 options for you….
1. try using windows movie maker and drag and drop into the blank screen…then you just save what you have made into either a WMA or AVI format…
2. if that cant be done google a software called Xilisoft…its a freeware that enables you to convert videos…
