I would like to edit my videos with Windows Movie Maker, and I have a video format converter, but I do not know what format(s) Windows Movie Maker can use. Can you tell me all if them (if there are multiple formats that work)? Thanks.

so im injecting a usb into the port on the sony bravia tv with a realplayer format video in it and its not playing…it says ‘no data on usb device’….what should i do? what format do i have to convert the video to in order for sony bravia to be able to play it?

I’ve been trying to put movies on my phone for quite some time now, and I can’t seem to get the video format right. I’ve converted .avi videos to .3gp, .3g2, & .mp4. Google & other websites tell me those are the correct formats, but no luck. So, through experience, what video format have you used, and what did you use to convert the video? Thanks.

DVD NTSC video movie,
Mpeg 1 movie, or
Mpeg 2 movie?
it really depends. although the video format does affect the quality of a video, ex. mpeg1,mpeg 2, avi and etc. there are actually a lot more factors that will affects the dvd’s video output quality.
some factors are.
1. resolution
2. compression
3. framerate
4. the conversion method or the video converter and etc.

I have been putting some movies on my ipod. They are all in VLC media file format. They all work on my Itunes, however some of them will not sync to my ipod, saying the video format is not supported by this ipod, what can I do?

My problem is my mp4 player sony NWZ-A728 don’t want to read dvdrip files, so I need to change video format into mpeg4. With what kind of program it would be better to do?
I use prism video converter. You can get a free 30 day trial, and when your 30 day trial is up delete all associated files and you can re-download it. I’ve been doing it for almost a year but make sure you save the files on your desktop so its easy to find to delete. If your lookig to buy a converter I couldn’t tell you but prism works pretty good for me and i think it $30 for an unlimited. Hoppe this could help.
I bought an mp3 player and the only video format it can use is AMV 128×128. I am having a tough time figuring out how to convert youtube videos into this format, and any help would be much appreciated!
