yeah it is annoying..and if you’re using internet explorer then this is how you can get rid of it but it will stop you from hearing any sound from internet explorer..
go to internet options and click on the advanced tab, then scroll down till you see ‘Multimedia’ and under it you will find ‘Play sounds in web pages’ just uncheck it and you’re good to go =]

There are stream recorders that can serve the purpose for you. I dont know about how many of them can be downloaded for free. You can go to http://www.download.com and try to get something for free.
The best one is Total Recorder, its a paid software.
I am wanting to upload an audio demo reel to a website that will stream the video. But, I would like it to have much less compression than YouTube so the audio stays true.
Are there any websites that will host (for free) a streaming video that is not as compressed at YouTube?
Try sites like MetaCafe or GameVee.com, these sites are pretty popular and put very little if any compression on the videos.

I have a PowerPoint I used at my wedding reception that I would like to turn into a video format and post on YouTube and/or Myspace. What program would I need to use to do that?

I just bought a new cell phone that can play video, I don’t know what format the video has to be though?
So basically I’m asking what video formats are compatible with mobile phones… I think I read somewhere for my phone it was AAC… but is that just audio, or audio AND video?
About 95% of mobile phones understands .3gp format and about 75% understands .mp4 format

I have a MacBook and my best friend always sends me videos of himself lipsyncing to songs so I want to do the same. I’m new to Mac so I need someone to make this really easy for me. It’s got the little built-in web cam so I just need to know what to use to make a video with the web cam. Thanks.
You can do it with iMovie or with Photobooth.
In iMovie, open it first then go to File > Import from camera.
That will turn on your camera and you will see yourself in a window on the screen. There are buttons for starting and stopping recording.
With Photobooth, as soon as you load the program, it will turn the camera on.
Use the Help files and video turorials for more information.
